The exclusive 780 / 28,5 " wheels in the 895 Komatsu can, thanks to their larger diameter, support the full force of traction on the ground. The operator's cabin
A noticeably larger cabin, with greater height and width, more legroom, more space to store objects and a quiet environment. Large glass surfaces provide better visibility up and down the sides and make crane operation easier and more relaxed. The new driver's seat offers comfort, an excellent work area and allows for a number of adaptations and custom settings. The new manual controls are ergonomically designed and well equipped.
The new and strong chassis, which is designed for a 20 tons autoloader , has a lower rear V-shaped frame that provides a good visibility to overcome obstacles. The new cargo compartment is equipped with the new patented FlexGate, the gate that improves visibility and flexes out of the way if struck by the crane. The robust front blade can be lifted to a high position and this gives it a good ability to overcome obstacles. Easy maintenance with highly accessible service points in the engine compartment and below the slightly tilted cabin. There are also service gates under the front frame and the control cylinders are mounted on the outside.
